Every experience from the convenient parking, tasteful decor and serene countenance of the waiting area to the impeccable courtesy and professionalism of the staff, (not to mention the extraordinary competence of my dentist), redefines the connotation of dental appointment from a dread to pleasure. I have really high dental anxiety and they are always super patient and really care about you being comfortable. Everyone from the reception to the doctor are friendly, personal, and professional. I won't go anywhere else.

Lauren/Dr Whittemore and Germantown Dental are the best. As a long term customer I can say with confidence that they know what they are doing and do it with professionalism and good humor. Dentistry doesn’t need to be drudgery And, in the words of Jerry Seinfeld, if you are a customer of Germantown Dental, you won’t be an “anti-dentite”!

Past experiences with dentists have not been the best. Lily, hygienist, and Dr. Gruen make the appointment pleasant! Lily is so friendly and talkative. I highly recommend Germantown Dental ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been coming to this dental office since I was a child and have always had positive experiences—until recently. At my latest visit, I checked in as usual and provided my insurance information before being taken back for my cleaning. When I was leaving, I was unexpectedly charged for half of the cleaning because the finance representative was not available to process my insurance at that time. I wish this had been communicated to me before my appointment began. After the claim was filed, I learned that I still owed a balance—even after paying a significant portion upfront. This was when I found out that my insurance is now considered out-of-network. At no point prior to my appointment was this disclosed to me. I believe this is important information that should have been clearly communicated before services were rendered. As someone who has been a loyal patient for many years, I would have appreciated transparency and a simple heads-up regarding the insurance change. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed, and I will not be returning.
